The Jazz Vault- The HHS Music Boosters Annual Benefit Dinner, Auction, and Concert – Saturday, April 27

Please join us for an evening of Jazz music performed by our Hockinson HS band students, dinner from Heathen Brewing Feral Public House, and fundraising with the Music Boosters! We will transform the HHS Commons and welcome you into the Jazz Vault Saturday, April 27th at 6:30pm.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased using this link. Please share the link with family, friends, and community members. Seating is limited and tickets will quickly sell out!

Guests can expect:

  • An inspiring selection of Jazz songs performed by our talented student musicians and directed by Mr. McEnry.
  • A delicious catered dinner buffet from Heathen Brewing Feral Public House.
  • Dessert dash- guests work together at their table to bid the highest for their favorite handmade, themed dessert!
  • A gift basket raffle and student contest- guests can enter to win a themed basket created by our students and the section basket that receives the most raffle tickets, will win a prize!
  • A silent auction of exciting items donated by the Hockinson community and other HHS Band supporters.
  • Wine pull- wine enthusiasts may purchase a card at the event and pickup their matching bottle at the Hockinson Market the week after the event.
  • The online auction will open April 19th and close April 25th. Online auction items may be picked up April 26th 4:30-6:00pm in the band room.

 

In an effort to make the registration and checkout experience more efficient and enjoyable for all, the event will be cashless! Please make sure that each seat purchased is registered with a name, email address, and credit card prior to the date of the event. We will reach out to help facilitate this process for those that are purchasing full tables.

We need your help! Your support in selling tickets and gathering auction items is vital to raising money for the band program. Last year the HHS Music Boosters raised over $40,000 at this event! This is our biggest annual fundraiser and because of your support, we are able to purchase instruments and pay for repairs, bring in facilitators and section coaches to work with our students, invite the students to travel and experience once-in-a-lifetime performances, and much more!

 

We are also looking for donations for the following baskets:

1. Pep Band Parent Survival Kit (stadium seats, hand/foot warmers, handheld fan, etc.)

2. Adventure Basket (National Park Pass, hiking/national park books, water bottles, etc.)

3. Summer Fun Basket (Outdoor projector, outdoor screen, yard games, s’more sticks, s’more supplies, outdoor chairs, etc.)

4. Explore Clark County Basket (Gift cards of any value to your favorite businesses in Clark County).
