Today, all new and returning band students should have received a phone call from a Student Band Council member and a very important email from Mr. McEnry this evening about band camp, which will be held on Monday August 18th till Friday August 22nd, 9am to 4pm (plus the extra day for percussionists, August 15th). Thank you to everyone who auditioned for Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band for the 2014-2015 school year!  Both groups are shaping up to be excellent groups! Those of you who were selected need to be ready to be fitted for tuxedos and dresses at band camp.  If you still have your tux/dress from last year and it fits you won’t need a new one. This year’s HHS Band Camp will be held Monday, August 18 thru Friday, August 22 from 9am until 4pm at HHS.  There will also be one additional day for percussionists on Friday, August 15 from 9 until 4.  All band students must attend this camp.  Our first performance of the year will be on the third day of school!  Please mark your calendar.  For more information, and to see a calendar with important dates for the 2014-2015 school year, please click here.
