SportsYou

All band classes will be utilizing SportsYou for quick communication between Mr. McEnry and students. Please download the SportsYou app on your phone or bookmark www.sportsyou.com on your Chromebook and create a student account. While SportsYou will be used for teacher-to-student communication, parents/guardians are welcome to join. Information that pertains to students and parents/guardians or just parents/guardians will always be sent via CutTime.

CutTime

Mr. McEnry and the Music Boosters will use CutTime to contact families, communicate important announcements, assess fees that can be paid electronically, volunteer opportunities, assign uniforms/instruments, etc. At the beginning of the year, families will receive invoices for pep band shirts, marching shoes/hats, etc. that can be paid electronically.

Parents/Guardians will receive a welcome message from CutTime via text message. If we do not have a valid cell phone number for you, you will receive an email. PLEASE EMAIL MR. MCENRY IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE WELCOME MESSAGE BY THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
