Support the Hockinson High Music Program by attending our Benefit Dinner! This is the HHS Music Booster’s MAIN fundraising event – so the level of financial support available for our music students depends upon the success of this event. In 2022 alone, the Music Boosters were able to supply the band program with over $40,000 from the benefit dinner to support music education at HHS. Plus, it’s a very fun evening!
Highlights of this year’s Benefit Dinner include:
- A Collection of Your Favorite Classic TV Tunes – The Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band will entertain guests with fun and iconic classic television themes from throughout the decades, including a full Looney Tunes cartoon!
- Gourmet Catered Dinner — A buffet-style catered meal prepared by Heathen Brewing Feral Public House will be served to all of our guests, including appetizers and drinks.
- Gourmet Dessert Auction– Delicious desserts will be available for each table of guests to share; highest bidding table picks first! Bonus – all ‘bids’ are donations to the Music Program!
- Deluxe Gift Basket Raffle & Student Contest– Band student groups are creating gorgeous Gift Baskets for lucky guests to win – plus, the basket that garners the most raffle tickets wins a prize for the student group who made it!
- Silent Auction Fun– Browse and bid on many wonderful donated items – all to support music at Hockinson High School! Use your smartphone to bid on and pay for auction items!
- Deluxe Dinner Setting– This year’s event will be held in the high school’s Commons; which will be delightfully decorated to enhance our guest’s experience!

Auction Items Still Needed
We are well into soliciting and receiving some wonderful items for our upcoming silent auction. Our community is always so generous and this event cannot be as successful as it is without help from everyone! We would love to have you all continue to reach out to any friends, family or business connections that you think might be interested in donating an item/service/gift card. You never know who might really appreciate the opportunity to get their business or service/art in front of our wonderful audience. - In need of any type of vacation house/rental property/time share – know someone with a place at the beach, mountains or even places like Sisters/Black Butte, Seattle or Leavenworth/Chelan?
- We are putting together a “homemade/homegrown bounty” basket with any canned goods or other homegrown deliciousness you have to offer
- Do you have season tickets to any local sports teams you might like to donate a game to?
- Do you have season tickets for theater or music you would like to donate a night to?
- Do you or a friend have a talent/service you might like to offer? lessons, tutoring, yard care, car care, sewing or altering, get creative!!
- We are looking for items to add to a pet care basket…cat/dog or others.
