Registration forms are now available for the 2020 HHS Band Performance Tour to New York City! Please click the link below to find the registration form, along with more information about the trip.
Students may also pick up paper copies of everything from me upon request.
Please send one registration form per traveler (one for each student, one for a chaperone) along with a $200 deposit per traveler directly to Educational Discovery Tours by Friday, December 28th. You can include credit card information on the registration form or enclose one check per traveler made out to Educational Discovery Tours.
All registration forms and deposits should be sent directly to EDT. DO NOT TURN ANY FORMS OR DEPOSITS INTO THE SCHOOL OR ME.
All other forms at this point are purely for your information. You do not need to fill them out yet.
Remember, we must have 40 students and 4 chaperones signed up by December 28th to make the trip happen.
